1. What makes Brainrot t-shirts different?

We don’t just print tees — we make statements.
Our tees feature original art with Gen-Z edge, printed on 240 GSM 100% cotton fabric that’s heavy, breathable, and made to last. We don’t compromise on design, quality, or fit. It’s oversized, drapey, and premium.

2. What printing methods do you use?

We use both:

  • DTF (Direct to Film) – for crisp, vibrant, detailed designs — great for complex color work.
  • DTG (Direct to Garment) – for softer, vintage aesthetics where the print blends into the fabric.

We choose the method depending on which one makes your artwork look sick and feel invisible to the touch — no plasticky, slap-on feels.

3. Do your designs blend into the fabric?

Absolutely. We test every print to ensure it doesn't look like a sticker slapped on.
Our goal is to make the graphic feel like part of the tee, not just on top of it — and we’re constantly improving.

4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes — we offer COD across India.

But here’s the catch — prepaid orders get priority processing and help reduce logistics waste.
If you trust us, pay upfront — it’s faster and smoother.

5. What are the delivery timelines?

  • Order processing: 24 hours
  • Delivery: 3–4 business days
  • Metro cities: Often faster

You’ll get tracking updates on SMS/email once the order ships.

6. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Yes — but only within 24 hours of placing the order.
After that, the order is sent for printing and becomes non-editable.
So if you accidentally picked the wrong size, email us fast at support@brainrot.fit.

7. Can I return or exchange my order?

We allow size exchanges only if you contact us within 3 days of receiving your order,
We do not issue refunds. If your return is accepted, it will be converted into store credit which you can use on any future purchase.

8. How does store credit work?

If a return is accepted (e.g. wrong size), we’ll issue you a store credit for the same amount.
This credit can be used on your next Brainrot purchase and doesn’t expire.

9. Where are you based?

We’re proudly Made in India — born online, shipping pan-India, built by a small team who lives & breathes streetwear.

10. Do you offer international shipping?

Not yet. We’re working on it. For now, we ship across India.

11. How do I care for my tee?

To keep it looking fresh:

  • Wash inside out
  • Cold wash only
  • No bleach
  • Don’t iron on the print
  • Hang dry in shade
