2. Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes.
• We accept prepaid payments through secure gateways.
• Orders once placed cannot be canceled after(24 hours) fulfillment starts.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India using our delivery partner Delhivery. Delivery times may vary if shipping is to a remote location. Delays due to courier issues or unexpected factors are not our responsibility, but we’ll do our best to help resolve them.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• We offer size exchanges only once per order if the item is unused and returned in original condition.
• If a return is accepted, store credit will be issued for future purchases. Refunds are not processed to original payment methods.
• Returns that appear to be misused may be denied at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and artwork on this site belong to Brainrot or are used as fan art. They may not be copied or resold without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Brainrot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

We may update these Terms at any time. If we make major changes, we’ll notify users by posting an updated version here. Continued use of the site after changes implies acceptance.
