Exchanges (For Size Only)

We offer size exchanges for all tees as long as:

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving the order
  • The product is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll ship the replacement (subject to stock availability).


Store Credit System

We don’t do cash refunds. If we accept your return, you will receive the amount as store credit.
This store credit:

  • Will be emailed to you
  • Can be used on your next Brainrot purchase
  • Never expires
  • Is non-transferable and can’t be converted into cash

Refunds

We do not issue refunds unless:

  • The product is damaged on arrival
  • There's a clear manufacturing or printing defect

Abuse Policy

If we notice repeated returns or exchanges that look suspicious (e.g. claiming wrong size repeatedly), we reserve the right to:

  • Reject future exchanges
  • Block COD orders for the customer
  • Disable return/exchange privileges
